Objective of the Scheme – To assist in rehabilitation by providing financial assistance (limit Rs. 25000/-) to the parents of the severely disabled.

Terms and Conditions of the Scheme –

1. Online/UDD Medical Certificate of Civil Surgeon in case of Disability (70%)
2. Annual income of the beneficiary should be Rs.1,00,000/- / Beneficiary should be below poverty line) Certificate of annual income of the family in the year 2024-25 from Tehsildar
3. Government / Zilla Parishad / Pt. S. Self-declaration of not availed of level scheme
4. Only complete proposals will be accepted after scrutiny/scrutiny of proposals through Group Development Officer Panchayat Samiti
5. Beneficiary will be selected in Social Welfare Subject Committee.
6. The cost of the scheme is 25 GP. The scheme will provide financial assistance to the parents of severely disabled under the head of cess 14 Samaj Kalyan Yojana No. 2235-102-B-21
