6. Objective of the Scheme: To support and encourage the backward class students of 5th to 12th class to go to school by giving them subsidy for bicycles on 100 percent subsidy, making them socially and economically uplifted.
7. Terms and Conditions of the Scheme and Required Documents:
   1. Beneficiary should belong to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Vija Bhaj, Vimapra category in rural area (Certificate of caste signed by school principal from school records)
   2. In case of annual income of Rs.100000 or within Rs.100000/- in the year 2024-25, the annual income certificate of the family must be from Tehsildar.
   3. Bonafide certificate of school attending in year 2024-2025 must be attached
   4. Government / Zilla Parishad / Pt. S. Self-declaration of not availed of level scheme
   5. Only complete proposals will be accepted after scrutiny/scrutiny of proposals through the Group Education Officer Panchayat Samiti.
   6. Beneficiary will be selected in Social Welfare Subject Committee.
   7. Sh. No. As per No. DBT 2016/Pr.90/Finance-9 dated 09.01.17, the benefit amount will be credited to the bank account of the beneficiary.
   8. The cost of the scheme is G.P. 2225 Samaj Kalyan Yojana No. 101-K-21 under the head of cess 2225, distribution of bicycles to backward class students of 5th to 12th class on 100 percent subsidy will be done through this scheme.
